Once again schools are being asked to host COVID vaccination sessions for 12-15 year olds, which means that pupils will be able to have the vaccine during the school day, if consent is provided. The vaccines will be administered by the immunisation team, following the usual approach to vaccinations that are undertaken at school.  

We will be hosting 1^st and 2^nd doses of the vaccine on Tuesday 1^st February 

If you would like your child to have the vaccine, please complete the consent form linked in the letter below.  

Consent needs to be completed no later than 27^th Jan 22. Consent forms sent in after this day will not be accepted. If we do not receive a consent form from you we will assume you do not wish your child to be vaccinated.
