This week concluded our workshops based around the moving play, Rachel. The story of holocaust survivor; Rachel Levy. Students from St Clere's and Brentwood County High, were not only invited to watch the play at the Thameside Theatre, but also took part in two workshops, one with Trestle Theatre Company working with masks and the other with staff from our own schools exploring the themes and making memory boxes.
Not only did the students learn a lot about Rachel's story and the importance of valuing everyone, they also had the chance to work collaboratively.
Well done to all of the pupils involved.
